    I LOVE Iris!! She shows that character and emotion trump a traditionally beautiful voice. Some people may love Celine Dion (who is fine...and seems nice), but I'll take the raw beauty Iris. Thanks for posting. I hadn't seen this....and if you like the talent of character over generic, you might also enjoy Mabel Mercer.

    Loved this song for a very long since time seeing it on CMT in the UK. It is so hauntingly beautiful, yet quite sad. Iris and Emmylou have such a great sound together, accompanied by Jerry Douglas on the dobro. Saw Jerry with Alison Krauss, in a magical show last year. Looking forward to seeing Emmylou in May.
