Pasta, that red bar under ONLINE is a "ping" bar... its red, so I wouldn't say that you have a "good" connection at all. Try to get a green bar and see how it runs.

Regardless of what it shows there, at the team select screen it showed either "great" (at first) and then "good". Then the game started...

I own MLB The Show: 09 and online is never this bad. this guy must have the worst connection ever. Its much smoother for me.
