Doesn't 36 hrs fall short of, i think it's called, ketosis, where the body kicks into a significantly higher level of detox. Years ago i fasted twice, about 2 yrs apart, 7 days then 8 days. Each time at about day 3 hunger ceases & heavy detox commences. But as a more frequent tho still periodic exercise maybe this lighter fast is best. Any ideas?
