Wow, personally I think the hair looks stupid REGARDLESS of location, and it in no way represents "advancement" -_-.. It is a personal preference which does not at all represents her place of origin..

I am greek and have been in Albania; The song is superb , typical balcan polyphony.... but if you move yourself around with these looks anywhere in Albania, most probably people will be loughing @ you; make sure you make sense before you talk about culture and tolerrance
