Truly one of the most remarkable and daring of all aerial troupes. No other performers have risked life and limb to entertain as have the Wallendas. The patriarch Karl, his wife, sons, etc. are all buried near one another in Manasota State Memorial Park in Bradenton, Florida. Go to www.death2ur.com for the photos and stories.

  • The final curtain for some outstanding performers.

  • I got to know Karl, Herman, and Gunther when they performed in upstate New York after that tragic fall, I

think it was several seasons, it was a privilege to meet these people, Karl son has died too? I did not

know that Mario was paralyzed from that accident. It is hard to keep the family tree straight anymore as so many just take on the Wallenda name, I think Gunther had a son who also walked the wire.

  • im just watching them on a video... while you show the graves.
