Soo she was 14 when she started ?? and after what time is the competition ??

I really enjoy it and I want 2 start figure skating and I will be 15 in december am I too old ??

No she was 7 when she started skating, she only skated for about 2 years, although she was very talented I just didn't have the money to continue her skating and I am just her sister not her parent so it was harder for me. She is now 17, can't believe its been 10yrs already. But your never to old to start!

She only skated for a short time, just under 2yrs. She is now 16 years old and no longer skates. I am her older sister, she skated while I worked at the rink. She didn't want other members of the family to take her to the rink due to knowing there would be judgment and so on. So sadly she gave it up. Also at that age I could not continue to afford the high cost of a figure skaters career.

If you hated it then you shouldn't have watched all the way through. Holy IS the Lord, but clearly you didn't learn how he loves EVERYONE including the poor people that make mindless comments such as yourself. I do pity you that you have to put down a 7yr old to make yourself feel better.

@holyisthelord34 - It's sad that you need to bully a seven year old to make yourself feel good. It's SO hard to learn everything, but she was willing to go through the pain.

i love this video it made me sad to see her fall, does she still skate and where is that ice rink i think i have been there for a competition i think it was in kansas or missouri

@realkidrauhlgirl Hi there don't worry because I was 15 when I started figure skating and now its been like 1/2 of a year and I'm on grade 7 so your not to old.Just enjoy it and you in no time you will be really good.Have fun when you start and tell me how its coming along.
