Ready to Rumble Boxing 2 from the Nintendo 64 on the Eee PC.
HOW TO:
Download a copy of project64(emulator, google it) and (assuming you own the game as its illegal to do so otherwise) download a rom file of this game, as you would if using an emu on any pc.
Start project64, naviagte to and load the rom. Done. No other "tricks" or anything needed.
Runs well, prferably with your Eee overclocked to 900mhz.

I already have the emulater and I have both Ready 2 Rumble Boxing the first one and that one

No matter how much I played this game I could never unlock anyone else. I only got MJ, Shaq, Bill and Hilary Clinton, Joey T, Mama Tua, and JR Flurry. It was fun but being unable to unlock anyone else... :/

A control can be assigned to each control during team battle. But there are only 2 fighters on the screen at once.
