This is supposed to be a generalized instructional video in which you can substitute any preferred beads, spacers or rondells of any size. The same goes for headpins, use whatever length and guage you need for the beads you are using. If you want to make longer earrings with more beads, obviously you will need a longer headpin. Most guages work with the inner diameter drill hole of Swarovski beads - it just depends on what thickness you prefer to work with. I like 21 or 22. 24 seems to thin and 20 is less malleable when working with circlip pliers (round nose pliers).
