No, it's actually a left handed guitar, but strung like a right handed guitar. Patrick obviously learned to play a normal guitar left handed by turning it upside down. There are other pix/vids where he is playing a guitar with the cutaway at the top ie, it's upside down. He's learned to play with the strings in the reverse order - bottom E at the bottom, top E at the top. Amazing!
