The Nokia N900 has built-in support for Google's VOIP and instant messaging service Google Talk. Google Talk also works with the chat feature built into Gmail, and you can log onto Google Talk with your Gmail account.
This video is aimed at beginners, and shows how to activate Google Talk on the N900, along with some other basic information.
