  • Definitely the BEST sounding choir ive heard on youtube, or anywhere for that matter! I love your guy's mature, rich, lush and full sound! The tonal quality is excellent. And as someone else stated, the altos sound like altos!!! So beautiful. I cant heap enough praise or adjectives at you guys. The only minor quibble is that there is a LITTLE too much vibrato, and the blending could be a tad better. And the bass 2's have too much of a buzzing sound when they hit those low notes.

  • My choir did this today. I love this song so much. Great job you guys!

  • High School choir..?? Bravo!!

  • I was shocked to look and see this was a high school choir. Very nice mature sounds. Very well done!

  • this is an excellent recording for a high school group, but i do prefer the sound of the luther college nordic choir even though bimmerboy is going to disagree. the sound of this choir is sucked back because of the covering. I prefer a lighter, more pure sounds from the women. Great job to this group of high schoolers, though! Keep it up.

  • great sound for a HS choir! love love love it! We are singing this soon wish us luck!

  • tenor line starting at 3:14, then the momentum builds

    so powerful

  • you guys are phenomenal!!!!!

  • Absolutely the best I've ever heard from a high school group. Many college choirs don't sound as good, yet they aren't analyzed & critiqued as heavily as your choir. I'm not sure why. But to those of you commenting on the videos of this group, please lighten up and refrain from the musical ego trips. Obviously, they have some excellent instructors & really aren't in need of your musical knowledge. They're kids for heaven sake & (to repeat) the instructors have everything under control.

  • i know my opinion really doesn't matter-you guys already know your great but wow amazing vowels and diction! i love this. the gaudium part is definately my favorite part. especially the third time. its at the top of my range (im a soprano) but you guys really did an excellent job with that part. AMAZING!

  • @mastersniperjinx ahhh yes i see what ur saying now. in that case u r correct and i agree w/ what ur saying.
