Great for triceps emphasis.
How To:
Begin in a modified push-up position with one hand on the floor and the other on the medicine ball. Inhale and slowly lower your body towards the floor. Exhale and push your body upward, rolling the ball from one hand to the other as you reach the top of the pushup. Continue to alternate from side to side, repeating for the desired number of reps.
