A) Yes, the same lincoln who suspended habeaus corpus, ruined the economy, put people in jail for no reason and "abolished" slavery everywhere except the states where he had control over (oh yes, states which joined the north had slavery legal and he did not give 2 shits).

B) FDR was the one who almost destroyed america and luckily he died. He was also a massive racist none of who's "new deal" laws applied to blacks. The new deal was a failure nonetheless.
