This was a short flexing clip I did by the beach at Lake Harmony, PA. I also talked about my diet briefly since some of you have asked about it and then I did my short flexing clip.

How is your business going as personal trainer? I am asking considering how is the economy right now in America. I moved to Chile since I am retired from the US Navy, but I am also a US citizen. Have you seen a difference from early years? Take care.

@andres1963 The economy is still in a crunch here and people are cutting back wherever they can. I teach several aerobics classes and took a short break during winter, to resume classes right after the new year at a local hospital and I was shocked that with thousands of employees, I had about 10 employees register for a class that costs only $7 a class.

You have really nice genetics. Your overall body is really very beautiful...and you really have the body to go into bodybuilding if you decide to go into that. I seriously think that you should consider the possibility. Take care and Happy New Year.

Thank you for all the great complements. I try to work my body hard at the gym by lifting heavy weights. I think muscles on a woman are sexy! Don't like skinny, only strong and muscular, :)

You look AWESOME Cathy, especially your upper body! My only complaint is that the glare from the sunlight ruined alot of your flexing :(
