I didn't like a few of the shorter clips, they throw the timing off a bit. I had trouble finding long uncut clips though.

@projectoasis Rewinds were set to the reversed scenes in the music. Didn't want to use them elsewhere, since I was going for a 'Dreaming->Wake up->actually still dreaming' thing. The editor is Premiere. Hadn't ever touched it before a couple weeks ago, so I'm still only halfway decent with it.

I'm glad I found this again.

What I remember thinking when I was watching this all those months ago was how DIFFERENT it was, especially after seeing ten other Rainbow Dash videos syncing up the Sonic Rainboom to rock music/drum n' bass/etc. I like the way it mirrors the first Matrix movie, where Neo wakes up from a dream within a dream, and there's some powerful emotions at work here that I've never seen explored since.

As for the video it's pretty good and I especailly like the sort of bittersweet ending. It seems like it could of been rainbow dash's dream before the competition.

@MrAnalpfropfen I just got into the show and of course brony fandom less then a month ago and I've been hearing all about this cupcake fanfic. I just read it and it was a bit hard to follow along since my mind kept wandering away from it since I know how horrible fanfics are about 99.99% of the time. This was pretty much no diffrent, it's a sad story true but it forced human bullshit into my little pony.

The ponies in MLP:FiM are flawed but not as flawed as us. This fanfic just destory's that
