The University of Louisville-based Kentucky Pollution Prevention Center will be able to help more Kentucky industries and businesses slash their energy costs thanks to a $2.23 million infusion of federal stimulus money that will expand the center's services.
The announcement was made at Fetter Group, a local company that is a model for finding ways of becoming more sustainable with the help of the KPPC.
Kentucky Energy Secretary Len Peters, KPPC director Cam Metcalf and Fetter Group president Terry Gill talk about how the dollars make an impact.
