Slamming an iron maiden shut... clipping the wires on a pterodactyl... punching Steve and stuffing him down the coal chute... She realizes that it's going to take some quick thinking to get out of this one. "Ziggy?" she says with shifty eyes, "Oh, nobody murdered him, he killed himself. You know, for the thrill of it."

Considering that Laura and Steve both see the murderer when he's caught in the dinosaur's mouth, it's pretty preposterous that: (a) The police have to ask Laura who the murderer was. (b) That Laura wouldn't know.
