A Black List Again! "Millenium Challenge" Agency in the USA, gave Armenia three months of period for fulfilling the requirements of democracy. The Millenium Challenge Agency, which was established with the orders of George Bush, the former President of United States and which operates connected to the President of United States, warned Armenia for fulfilling the democratic principles. The statement, which was made following the boards meeting headed by Hillary Clinton, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Timothy Gheitner, Minister of Finance, Armenia and Nicaragua were accused of being anti-democratic. Pointing out that a trial period of three months (until July) was given to both countries, the statement indicated that the donation, which was to be granted for the repair of the highways in Armenia, would be suspended. (*) While human rights violations and anti-democratic practices continue, Armenia is being put in the black lists by various institutions worldwide.Armenia should better focus on its real and vital problems, leaving the issues like invasion of Karabagh and recognition of genocide aside in order to escape from the embarrassing situation it is in.
