I really hate noting guys staring... honestly to prevent it now, I wear a sweater, a loose one, haha. if im checking out a girl, it means they are attractive. if men just plain stopped girls would still get pissed off. plus for the really slutty dressing girls, if they are flauting it, you should look. not being creepy. just sexual attraction to the other gender. girl has a choice of being offended but take it as a compliment. as long the guy does it in moderation. he doesn't just straight up stare at her chest when he talking to her lol.
