Why play the character when you can be the character? This also brings up the possibility of VR addiction. How many people would prefer this digital goddess to a real woman. She never tires, she will rarely say no, she has all the same interests you do, she is always at her best and she is programmed to please you. Even Commander Riker is so caught up and blown away by her he even asks How far can this relationship go?
How can real life measure up to virtual reality? If we thought that TV addiction or video game addiction was a problem, they seem almost insignificant when compared to this.
so good!

I would rather be in a world o my choosing like this. It would lead to massive multi person worlds that never end, something like sims or world of warcraft VR. It would have so many possibilities, and I would gladly be addicted to it.
