2009/4/10 巫文瑜 老師應高雄縣政府文化局邀請為多元就業服務人員在職訓練做『顧客滿意服務接待與溝通技巧』培訓。

課堂上老師針對同仁在辦理圖書館借書業務時,可能發生的實例,邀請學員做實地演練並提供參考話術供學員參考。由於這批同仁多數是中年婦女或二度就業人員,在服務認知及溝通­技巧較一般年輕族群還容易溝通與理解。

再則,在不景氣的今天學員也相當珍惜得來不易的工作機會,其學習態度特好也非常敬業。老師傾囊相授期許用最簡單易懂的溝通實例說明並佐以實地演練增加學員們的印象,其最終­目的是想藉此提昇為民服務的滿意度以落實政府德政。
