Samantha was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in her femur further tests revealed that the cancer had spread to her lungs she went through treatment but sadly relapsed she fought so hard she gained her angel wings on October 9th 2009 at 3 AM Sammie is forever in our hearts we will miss you forever. we love you

she was definetly an amazing girl. it would have been an honor to meet her. ahe is no average child with cancer. the things she went through the treatments she faced so bravely. I will never forget sammie she is truly a fighter though she lost her battle i bet cancer never touched her cheery spirit god be with her and all who battle

in a group of about 150 children diag. with osteosarcome (femur) I am the only one that survived without relapse, and after 21 yrs I'm happy to be alive, how ever now I wish that I could have been one the passed away so that another family could have been able to keep their child like this little girl!!! My heart goes out to you...
