@TheChickenrun3, no bs, it actually worked. I was working on a console 3 or 2 years ago and i quit because it gave that error. The initial error I had was 3 rings, but it went to 1 ring, and I used this technigue, and it worked, but I can't keep the system from over heating. I need to find the cooling chamber for it. Well, it did go back to 1 ring, in about an hour, so I'd say its temporary.

It worked for a second and then the lines came up on my screen until I couldn't read anything. I guess Im going to have to try adding some heat sinks.
