How to Make Saline Solution

P.s make sure that salt is non iodized. If you use table salt it will irritate your piercing. Use this once every day to speed up the healing process. You can use antiseptic to clean regularly.

How I clean my cartilage everyday.
When I wake up I clean my cartilage with antiseptic solution. You can get this solution at cvs, walgreens, claire's ext.
Then, when I get home from school I clean it again the same way as I do in the morning. At night when I'm about to go to sleep I make saline solution and I soak my ear into the container waiting for 5-10 minutes to pass bye.

One container
1/4 Sea salt non iodized
Mix together until it the water is clear
Use cotton balls or soak your ear right into the container.
( It may be difficult to have your ear touching the solution in the container if your doing the soaks. If it's too hard you can poor it into a shot glass and do your soak form there )

I would recommend distilled water and you can get that by the gallon for $0.83 at Walmart! :)
