A lot of blanka players do that, randomly throw out their ultra's because they know that it hits low, then high and the roll is optional which gives them a little bit of mind-game/mix-up freedom and they know its a complete chipfest. Scrub tactics man, There is no escaping them.

LOL If you see a spammer, just jump during the whole match! That's what I do always. Ok, i can lost one match, not a big deal! But this kind of humiliating habit make remember them how morons actually they are. And also that makes me laugh, especially when i choose Dan!
