Fedex and UPS are profitable because they only deliver to profitable routes. USPS is obligated to deliver to your address no matter where you live and they charge much less. That includes the backwater hick areas most Fox viewers come from.

The argument over a racist comment was a distraction from the real issue: All four panel members and the moderator were for privatization of the post office, with not a single mention of the benefits of a public system. This is part of Fox's pro-privatization agenda. Recent history is rife with examples of countries that privatized their publicly owned companies/services, to their immense detriment.
