Tsunami 3-11-11 Time Lapse Dana Point Harbor and Capo Beach

This is video taken during the California tsunami watch/warning from a CoastalCOMS camera published by the Surf Center building's Sunset Bar. Again, no real visible change in the Capo Beach waves or shoreline from this time lapse - similar to what we saw in the other videos from up and down the coast. Boats who waited out the event can be seen entering and leaving Dana Point Harbor.

@stevenvdwekken is right above -- the tsunami happened.  Where it shows any impact is a different story. We don't control the ocean boys and girls, we just reported here what the cameras captured. In this case its difficult to see anything on the Capo Beach camera or any of the Southern California cameras -- which for science and emergency response purposes is important. Knowing where and how a tsunami happening in other parts of the pacific will impact California is important to some...

its a tsunami that traveled the pacific, so its not visable anymore, you DO see the water in a short period of time go to a lower lvl, and suddenly return... THATS a tsunami.
