Hurricane Irene brought with it torrential downpours for 12 hours before letting up. As a result the Saucony Creek that runs through the center of Kutztown spilled over it's banks and filled the surrounding areas. These videos were shot after the water had already begun to retreat.

  • @Prepasbeats I thought it was hilarious how a horse and buggy goes by and at least 5 people pulled out phones/cameras to shoot video. Such a contrast of societies that seem to survive so well together.
