MSTC - 2011 Scholarship Reception

The MSTC Foundation recently celebrated 30 years of scholarship distribution. Collectively, one hundred seventeen scholarship awards totaling over $145,000 were recognized at the scholarship reception. A few of the recipients are featured in this 7 minute highlight.
