@SynneDennis Yes, the self-rising flour has very little to do with the rising of the yeast. These definitely need yeast to be light and airy rolls!

@hangersarah That gravy can be made from a quick tip on making chicken gravy. Just substitute a can of beef broth in place of the chicken broth.
