Laughing Seattle Police Department Confronted During Occupy Seattle Protest

Most people don't understand that there were two clashes with police on November 15, 2011. Following the first clash on Wall Street, the Occupiers marched to Westlake park, where police attacked them again. While there, I saw an officer laughing and I screamed at him from the intersection. He remembered me and asked about it. Also, the four high ranking officers seen at the end of this clip are the deciders o the chemical attack. This little huddle you see, I believe is the people in charge making the call to send chemical weapons into the crowd.
