This sequence was shot with the go pro hd camera at 1280 x 720 resolution with 60 fps. I frame interpolated it in after effects two times before I got the real slow - motion feeling. I slowed it down about 600 % so what you see is actually not much of the actual footage, rather just frames that are blended together on order to create a motion...

Its actually called frame blending in after effects but the exact definition is frame interpolation since its interpolating frames that was actually not there from the beginning, however, the frames are then blended together. It should be there in any after effect by latest version (like 2004 - now)
