State Budget Must Reflect Californians Values

(Sacramento) The California budget is more than just a pile of financial papersits a reflection of the values of all Californians. The Assembly/Senate Conference Committees budget plan solves Californias deficit responsibly with the balanced approach Californians want: Real cuts, limited new revenues and other solutions that help California ward off a cash crisis later this summer. As Assembly Speaker Karen Bass (D-Los Angeles) has stated the Conference Committee plan also maintains the safety net real California families depend on. Paid government stooges... telling us that our private lives are supposed to be government priorities.

This is Orwellian insanity at its highest.

California, wake up. Realize that MOST of what your state government is doing is WELL outside the scope of its proper role. It needs to shrink to about half of its gluttonous size. It is a massive layer of fat, that the few remaining productive citizens of the state are laboring to keep alive.
