  • Off topic lol. But what are the best fruits/veggies for a smoothie? I've been instructed to do a protein shake, which btw tastes awful lol, so I figured if I could find some tasty fruits/veggies to blend in it would be more tolerable? I'm so glad you're doing this IV therapy. I know it's been really hard on you but you are so strong! LOL with your dog haha. I'm very proud of you! But you look a bit orange? Is it from the vitamins?

  • First I recommend you find a protein powder you like dear, don't use one that tastes bad. There are many out there. I recmmend raw protein powder... raw hemp is good. Your best bet would be a good raw hemp protein powder. Sweet fruits, tropicel fruits and berries blend well in smoothies: bananas, dates, avocados, papaya, mango, blueberries, strawberries - to name a few. As for veggies, leafy greens and herbs, especially parsley, spinach, swiss chard, kale are all good. The options are endless!

  • *hug* You're looking a bit orange there, are you okay?

  • You are right. I am fine, it's the light not my skin tone. If I was orange though it would be from my carrot juice, that happened before. However, I am more washed out right now. I am generally olive/golden light tan toned. Be worried if I was yellow or white/pale but orange is fine and generally means a higher amount of beta carotene in the body.

  • wow watching this haha i am hella orange around the nose and mouth!!!

  • Johnny when you were getting emotional I nearly started crying as well.

i know how you want to revert back to your old ways but your new path is much more positive..you can so do this, you are doing fantastic with your IV treatment and your injections for the vitamins, and you are keeping so positive.

you are an inspiration and you give hope that recovery is possible,, that it is a process and it may take a long time but it can be done :)

thank you for being so positive and for just being you

  • Hi Love, I really appreciate the support. I do not want to mislead anyone and don't feel I have but need to make it loud and clear I still HEAVILY addict in bulimia. I have not seen someone worse off in food addiction, it's very bad which is why I am trying to get more help so I can overcome it. I will say that there are old ways I am better at not engaging in - more so anoretic ones but bulimia, food obsession and hoarding... I am praying for a literal deliverance.

  • i love pajamas, its sexy;)

  • Thats good your B vitamin levels are up. Sorry it makes you feel so sick while you are having it. I laughed when you said your pooch had eaten your sample! oh my goodness I hope he enjoyed it. On a more serious note I was touched by the emotion you showed during this video. I don't like my addiction to my bad behaviours either. Fear is a powerful thing but perfect love casts out fear and you know this better than anyone. I am so proud of you xxx

  • THANK YOU for your videos! I know that you are going through a difficult time but you'll get better. I know it. Remember that we, your viewers, admire you, believe in you and support every step you take. Love and gratitude to you, orange boy :D

    Pola

  • I am praying for you. I believe that God can heal you, from the inside out. I know you know that, too. You are a special soul. Fear and addiction are of darkness, and you, Johnny, are of light. God bless!

  • hi johnny :) my name is alison.. i found your channel fairly recently & i've been watching.. i just wanted to say i have really been touched by your videos and wanted to let you know that i think you are so brave. i don't say that in a way there is any reason you SHOULDN'T be brave, but video documenting your journey is just so courageous & i can only imagine how many people you have touched.. i know you've touched my heart <3. thank you for sharing your story. i wish the best for you.
