One of my favorite Grieg songs. This is "Eit Syn" (A Vision), Op 33, no 6) - from the magnificent song cycle to poems of A. O. Vinje. It is the poet's love song for an unavailable beautiful woman he has seen only momentarily in passing. I wish Kushnerova could have done it in the original Norwegian, but I think she is just wonderful here in Russian. I love this!
@Kushnerova Sorry. I knew better, but by the time I realized my mistake, I had already posted the comment and left the site. I decided yours was the version I wanted to favorite last night based on hearing it last week. When making the comment, I was concentrating on writing rather than listening. (Many years ago, my German was fairly good.) If you like, you can show this explanation here, otherwise, if you remove our comments, I can post the corrected one. I love your singing.
