Dodgeball Headshot

During this pool play game, I ended up hitting one of their guys in the face unintentionally and Jorge got it on video.

The setup during this game had 3 of our guys (Paulius, Hector, and myself) still in against 4 of theirs. Right after they threw 2 balls, Paulius took the first shot to eliminate the 1st guy. Then Hector on the left side continues the attack to take out the 2nd guy in the corner but he gets hit out a second later trying to catch the ball thrown from their 3rd guy on the right side. A fraction of a second later, I released my ball to cover Hector's missed catch by hitting the 3rd guy during his throw, but the ball flew a little too high lol. The rules say headshots don't count, but he was still called out for moving his head at the time of the throw.

Oh and all of this happened in the first few seconds from 0:00-0:06 lol.

Afterwards, since they were down by one player, their 4th guy was forced to attack Paulius and myself with the two balls in his hands. However, we spread out his attack and blocked both of his shots. Once he was vulnerable, it was over and Paulius used his fastball to put the last guy away.

I had no grudge against the guy I hit in the head though so I went up to him after the game to apologize and he was cool about it. ^_^

There are multiple variations to throwing an overhand ball or a sidearm ball. You can get curves, fastballs, sinkers, risers, knuckles, changeups and many more just off of these two forms if you're good enough.

I've worked on 3 unorthodox throws apart from my usual forward throw. You can find 2 of them on my videos list up this date.
