A tussle between a leopard and an Indian crested porcupine ends in the death of the leopard. A single quill pierced the chest of the leopard, and after passing about 12 cm into the thoracic cavity, punctured the heart

  • Awesome video with an equally awesome analysis. It put me to think how could a lot of families have porcupines as pets. They are dangerous!!!!

  • @alokenv ....but these critters can be cute when they are at ease with you. Only when they are threatened do they have the potential to kill.

  • @alokenv ...a porcupine becomes dangerous only if it is intimidated. One brought up in the household would be as timid as a pet rat.

  • next time try to find some better contrasting colors for your text. its a bit hard to read at times

  • @Wassamattawityou ...I agree! Should have tried darker shades....Thanks.

  • ewww that is nasty why would they open the body of the leopard

  • @dantheawesome246 .....leopards come in schedule I of the Wildlife Protection Act. In the event of death, it is necessary to rule out malicious causes (like poisoning). So a necropsy is mandatory.

  • @alokenv Regular house cats are dangerous too... ever take one to the vet. 90% of the time they try to kill you.

  • lol porcupine used light screen ''it was very affective'' stole it from pokemon

  • damn the quill to the heart was one big son of a bitch

  • good defense makes a good offence yes i stole this from pokemon.

  • Superb analysis and presentation..

  • I think i get the point.

  • sad but it was a natural thing! the leopard didnt "listened" the warning and payed his price with is own life. Its an awesome defense i must say! And i didnt know that the quill was that thick !!!

  • Nice Video and nice details... Anyway, this is natural... This is normal indeed...
