nice recipe .... acqa pazza!!!!! magic... u can also cook it in the oven. if i can give u an advise 4 the pasta put the sauce in with the spaghetti n cook it a bit in the pan. it will give it more taste,but make sure u have no bones in the sauce.. well done i love it !!!! its not because im from Napoli its cos its a wonderfull way to cook la spigola...thanks for sharing this video

Thanks!! I really, really love this recipe, too! Thanks for the suggestion-- it sounds like you've made this recipe before and your suggestion sounds really good. Now I'm hungry again! Keep an eye out for a Sicilian recipe I'll be posting soon-- Pesce e Patate. She prepared Bluefish, which most people can't eat because they are oily and taste strong. Her recipe made them taste AWESOME and it's super easy. It also works with any fish-- even Blues!
