Natalie- "Yesterday" by Toni Braxton ft. Trey Songz (acapella cover)

I learned this song a few minutes ago and really felt like recording it before it hit midnight. Neighbors been complaining about loud music and singing at night ;) When I move out to a more private place, Ill redo this w/ the keys and record it no matter how late it is!! Thanks again to everyone whos watching and to those who have been supporting me so far. Your comments and sweet messages have kept me motivated and inspired to do what I love doing.

You use your body too much and it looks like you try just a little bit to hard at times (sorry). Your singing sounds too "proper" or "controlled". Sometimes you gotta let the beast run wild a little bit. I hope you take all of this lightly as I would too if I received the same. It's all love. And I see you've subscribed to CJ Washington. He's great! I record him as my main singer. If you want to collab I'm open to it.

Here's some honesty and criticism from a recording engineer. I like your voice. It's strong. I've been listening to many of your videos and your voice sounds very Disney-movie-type like "Bell" or "Princess Jasmin". Could be because you sing with a bit of "umph" or extra bass. I know you've already got comfortable and are confident with your voice, but if you relax more and just let it go it should sound just angelic.

@inSpiRedVoice Pay attention to every detail in every riff that the singer sings. From their breath, to their nasal sounds, to their vibratos, to their exact timing. Whenever you copy someone's singing to the slightest detail, it's almost as if you've acquired their skill and this in turn makes your singing more flexible in all types of songs once you've done it enough. Your natural voice will then be a combination of all those influences instead of just Disney music. Guaranteed.

LOL... yes i see where you're coming from. Disney was a long time ago for me and though I'll always appreciate it for what it was during my childhood, I've fallen in love w/ a new kind of music.
