Mock Terrorism and Hostage Incident at Adams State College

Bodies were strewn across the courtyard outside the Adams State College Student Union building at approximately two on Friday afternoon. The "wounded," as well as the "shooter," were ASC theater students who had volunteered to take part in a full-scale active shooter/terrorist exercise on Nov. 9 that involved the ASC Department of Public Safety, Alamosa Police Department, Alamosa County Sheriff's Office, SLV Regional Medical Center (SLVRMC) and Alamosa Ambulance Service. Adams State College President David Svaldi issued an apology Monday for a mock hostage situation involving campus officials, local law enforcement, medical first responders and campus officials drill that stereotyped Muslims. Warning: video contains scenes of simulated gore.

So looking up bus routes and times on the internet must have caused yet another problem. Oh yes, and i did use a map that's right on the internet..... just wanted to know the bus routes really, did not know it woud cause a problem in town... will there be anythin else which will cause a problem in town? axelle_rose

lol this reminds me of Civil Air Patrol drills =D i was "killed" in a plane accident and it took and hour and thirty for them to get to me...lol but this was pretty cool

There was only one "terrorist", and we weren't told until five minutes before we started that the only way they got a refund for the money they were putting out for this was if it became a terrorist situation, so they just went with what was easiest seeing as we did have several high-profile Muslim prisoners behing held nearby.

It wasn't a "biased" attempt.
