  • I just got done canning a bunch of these babies and the "skin will slide right off" thing didn't work for me either. Tried 30 sec.. tried all the way up to 2 minutes..just ended up with slimy half cooked peaches...I just peeled em all. great video btw.

  • Well, you have to put the peach in ice water after you boil it for 30 seconds, and THEN the skins slip off. Also, your peaches might not have been ripe enough. If they are fully ripe the skins come off easily.

  • Nice video. Pretty peaches! (If your peaches were ripened more, the skins would have slipped off and the pit would have been easier to remove as well)
