Some questions, how do you make that motion blur effect, and what video codec do you use?

to achive this MB effect i record at 480 fps in game -> 60 fps in VD (at this step video turns 8 times slower). Then I am "accelerating" the video to normal speed in Premiere Pro and use the Frame blending option.
During the whole process I render with Lagarith codec. And only in the end I compress the final video with x264 in MeGUI.
