@coolbuddykartikey Have you ever followed street fighter lore? If not, it might make the explanation even more confusing.

Basically, Ryu has a dark energy (Dark Hado) within him that causes him to have murderous intent. If Ryu loses control to the Dark Hado, he will become like Akuma and becomes Evil Ryu, for lack of a better name. Of course, this is purely a "what if character."
