  • I just miss the words to describe what makes me feel. It's a kind of amazing. Thanks for posting.

  • I agree with Zylstra555. The cabinet organ at Knole can give guidance too. It isn't Tudor, but it doesn't come all that long after. there is also the work of the English organ p[roject which is represented on Youtube.

    I thoroughly enjoyed this recording.

  • The organist is hot.

  • @krPeter2010 I wouldn't say that. There are many ancient organs that have received very little restoration, and we know what kinds of pipes they used and what they sounded like. We also know what tuning temperament was used throughout history as well. A great video to watch showing the oldest playable organ in the world is (Youtube search) "Oldest playable organ"

  • its sounds nice but no one on earth knows what an instrument of that period sounded like....

  • Small organ, big sound! WOW!

  • I got the demo CD and have not stoped listening it sence I got it! Such beautiful sounds!

  • Thank you so much for posting this! Absolutely magnificent to hear this music on the type of organ for which it was written. I did not expect such a small organ to be so powerful. The voicing is just beautiful!

  • what heavenly sounds!

  • Brings history to life with dignity and honesty and musical faith. I'd like to hear some modern music written for the neo-Tudor organs. (Never thought I'd live to see the neo-Tudor period!) Great job on the organ and the video.
