Just end child support and that will bring women to their senses. I personally careless if I ever see my daughter again, I just don't want to pay her vindictive mother.

Fight for your daughter. Ignore your ex and rescue your child.

Nekeiya: The court will, likely, only address issues that were in the original motion. If the motion did not address child support, at least in California, the Commissioner/Judge, probably won't hear that part of the case.

Unfortunately, Misteeq, I have news for you...What goes around doesn't necessarily come around.

Some sort of battle may be necessary.

Your boyfriend needs to start being legally obnoxious. Have the sheriff or police available to enforce the court ordered visitation. If there is no court ordered visitation...go to court and have them order it..

I've been through this...Throwing in the towel is not an option. You become little more than fiscal cattle, when you give up in divorce disputes.

Being legally obnoxious cost a lot of money witch he does not have . Now he is starting to resent the kids 15 and 12 for not for not speaking up and fight their mother . What a mess the man pay is child support religiously he only asked to be part of his children life .What is wrong with these people ? Somebody please explained the rational of refusing a father presence in your childs life ? Of leaving your children alone all evening while you work when dad is willing to have them . But NO

It doesn't cost anything other than tax dollars to call law enforcement. At least, not where I'm from.

"What is wrong with these people ?"

Isn't that the question of the ages?

Who knows?

I've read studies that suggest that it costs between $175K to $200K to raise a child to the age of 18.

If we use the average, around $187K, the yearly amount of necessary total support would be $10,417. This would be $868 per child, per month. (Currently, $611 Euro, or about the same in Australian or Canadian Dollars...The site I went to didn't have Pounds available)

The half owed by a parent would be $434.00 per child per month.

The long and the short of it: Kids are expensive.

the long and short of it is very simple, if a man wants to see his kids, he should. If there are issues surrounding child protection, the state should step in and provide facilities for the contact.

Family Law needs to be removed from the judicial system, and families given counselling and support to remain together.

The easiest way to ensure contact is for the government to pay child support and if the father doent want to have nothing to do with his kids.. GIVE HIM HELL...

I have issues with the government taking money from some and giving it to others to subsidize poor behavior.

When children become a commodity that the government pays for, irresponsibility is inevitable.

No...I'm afraid I can't think of a better solution, at the moment, then the current welfare/child support setup we have...As much work as it obviously needs..

The public will take care of the kids, if they HAVE to, but I think it's the parent's responsibility, like it or not.
