this diet worked for me I ate 1200 calories from march to the beginning of august and went from 198 to 135 and I feel great.

I am doing 1200 calories and losing so much weight! I eat 3 meals and fruit as snacks in between. I also don't count veggies (except avocado) I never feel deprived, and have tons of energy!

Try intuitive eating! I dieted so much at your age, diets like this and they dont work. :( take care of yourself missy!

From my personal experience, I find that, just eating 3 balanced meals, getting plenty of rest, and eating healthy are very good ways to lose weight and feel better. I don't think these caloric based diets are too effective because my theory is that a lot of the weight gain/loss people experience is a result of unbalanced hormone levels. So try to avoid stress and anxiety, and also take a multi vitamin. Also, exercise is very important too! God bless you, and good luck on your journey!
