Glad I found this video. My phone is broken and they won't replace it with warranty or insurance. I bought a phone off ebay (different carrier) and only want to replace the LCD. I plan to go only as far as getting the two pieces apart and just replace one LCD with the other... Wish me luck!

ugh i dread getting the lcd out of mine it got run over the other day and now lcd's cracked i hope thats all it is.

Excellent, my ear speaker was acting up so i took the phone apart and replaced it. Works great now. (just a side note, i stole the" replacement" speaker from an old samsung sph-a840 flip phone i had laying around)
