sin and virtue are properties of the self. and the taoist way of coping with these properties is being fully aware of all you notice happening around you without fearing being sinful or hoping to be virtuous, but simply knowing you are both, and you are neither.

i dont follow any particular religion and don't believe in any "higher power". what i do believe is that everything exists without having a "purpose". humans are in this universe for a relatevely short time compared to the age of the universe. i try not to give in to the human reaction to judge things without knowing what i am judging. meaning, i dont look at somebody and categorize them without truely knowing them. also, i let others be as they are without trying to change them.

Daoism is great but poverty knows no philosophy and it is sad china was allowed to become communist! Now all this is almost lost, thanks to the reds.Just look at falun gong!
