That's what I always get whenever I try recording with screenflow. I have an Imac, probably the same specs as you, but ALWAYS, When I try to record, SOMETHING has to crash. Help?
Btw, I'm running snow leopard and not lion.

how to paste a key position to anyther key position. please help

@TheAjulla twirl down all the attributes of the layer you want to copy from in the timeline. either click on the POSITION attribute on the left hand side of the time line, in the layer properties, to select all of the keyframes. Or you can click and drag your mouse around just a few keyframes. Go to edit in the menu and then copy or hit cmd. C, or ctr C if on windows. Then click on the other layer you want to paste it to. click on position and paste. it will paste where your playhead is.
