  • Do you wrestle for John Marshall by chance? lol

  • I'm Chris delany i'm a the state champion in hwt in wv (middle school) try a duck under get them in that and choke the living hell out of them!! don't try shot's un-less or really fast. hope that helped buddy cep up the good work!

  • Fact: whoever takes their opponent down faster in heavyweight usually 75% of the time wins

  • @PHRATBOY56 its not a stupid question, you wouldnt be able to tell by watching them wrestle

  • Work on directing him into shots. If you gain inside elbow this is best for setting up a high crotch which always worked and Im at 290. Take the match to your opponent and get into the mindset hes going down. Oh, and lowest man wins, especially with the big boys. lol Good match though man.

  • is this highschool wrestling (sorry if this is a stupid questioN)

  • My advice would be to take more of the openings for moves given to you, and at practice, try to wrestle a heavyweight coach

  • stay in a better stance and try more head snaps to wear him out. when he is down drive into the wrist and slip the half, get to the side and run it. Trust me he will go.

  • head to arm on referees position 14 second pin with a nelson

  • head to arm on referrees position 14 second pin with a nelson HEAVY WEIGHT modified
